Matri-X's Packing is woven from relatively soft linear materials, with cross-sections being square, rectangular or circular. It is filled in a sealed cavity to achieve sealing. Packing is commonly used in most situations except for strong oxidants and can be applied to boiling water, high-temperature and high-pressure steam, heat exchange media, oils, acids, alkalis, hydrogen, ammonia, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids and other media. Due to its wide range of materials, easy processing, low cost, reliable sealing and simple operation, it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, power, metallurgy, machinery and papermaking, for instance, the shaft sealing of rotary pumps, plunger pumps, valve stems, reciprocating pumps, centrifugal pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, mixers and ship propellers, as well as the rotary sealing of various valve stems.

Matri-X's GRAPHITE PACKING is mainly made of graphite and features excellent self-lubrication and thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient, strong versatility, good flexibility, high strength, and protective effect on the shaft.
